The problem you are having is from their end. I talked to them a few times and the final words from them is that they can't fix the problem and they will most likely to disable the phone id thing and you have to have people on your contact. This is pretty much meaning useless to most of the people here in the US. I signed up for their service was not because I need to use their service to call China. I needed the inbound number.
