I ordered the black 64gb with 4g lte version last night. I have both ipad2 white and black and the black one looks better to me. I think it is a very personal taste. 16gb would fill up pretty quick so i think 32gb would be enough for most normal users depending on how many photos and videos you will take and how often you back them up.
