32bits程序只能在32bits Windows运行，64Bits Windows 只能运行64Bits 程序。

但可以在64Bits Windows 上可以安装VMWare 或 Vbox，然后在VMware或Vbox上运行32Bits程序。具体请查询VMWare 或 Vbox。好象是Vbox好一点。

另一个办法是重新安装32Bits Windows 7.
