请教用sipgate大中国的dial plan，主要是备用

最近用viopdiscount和callwithus打中国某些地方效果不太好，一直有sipgate，但都没用，可是一用却不好使，打美国，demestic,没问题。

由于sipgate是default,我现在的dialplan是：|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<0:0086>xx.|
