求助：GV和sipgate间无法互打电话。

本周发现，用GV打不通sipgate号码；GV-sipgate也无法打出电话。有同样问题的同学吗？googled this， no clear answer。background: sipgate account balance is 0, using other phone than GV can still call sipgate(sipgate can get the call from other phone, but not from GV). anybody has same problem?
