为什么Voipdiscount Caller ID 不显示？

我用voipdiscount 的softphone在profile setting 里verified 了我的手机和家里的号码。然后选了其中的一个做caller ID (点了那个radio button)。 我用computer 上的softphone拨号，但还是不能显示Caller ID. 显示的是 " restricted" or " Blocked". 哪位大侠能指点我有什么地方没设好？

还有，我打1-800，1-866 或1-888 的号码时，voipdisocunt 有些拨不通，有些charge 我钱。为什么会这样？我直接只有用Voipdisocunt, 没用sipgate.
