supply memory error for M1217nfw MFP Printer

I just bought a HP Laserjet  M1217nfw  MFP (printer, scanner, copier and fax). However,
when I turn on this MFP, in the MFP panel, it says "Supply memory error".

What is the reason for that? This MFP comes with a toner..
