HP has highest repair rate, >20%

Other than HP's laser printer HP simply does not make quality products.  I have used >10 HP desktops and >10 Inkjet printers in my work, they are ranked as worst quality products. I bought a high end laptop for my colledge bound doughter three years ago (I was stupid) and it was broken just after a year and half of use.

Toshiba, Lenovo and Asus have much lower repair rate (>10%)
