收到tab就联系客服要求switch handset(我的BM prepaid account原用htc tp2),却被告知

"it is not compatible,cann't launch",试了二个rep,还是不行.是tab有问题?还是哪没做对?

请大佬指点迷津.另外,当update firmware or profile时,wifi indication would be off,update

总失败,这可能就是fitwxc大侠讲的samsung毛病多多的特点吧.
