change decimal point under REPORTS & FORMS

Under REPORTS & FORMS, select the form and then click CUSTOMIZE.  

Inside the form designer, you can set the number of decimal point for Qty, Unit Price and Amount.

Save your modified form to another name for later use.

I did the similar project for a customer before.
