点击Start -> All Programs -> Accessories ->

 

点击Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> 鼠标右点 Command Prompt 选 Run As Administrator，在打开的窗子里就可以Run chkdsk /f 了，不过系统可能不让直接做，你可能会看到下面的提示：

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

选择Y，重启时机器就会自动做了。
