Any FL下岗VB高手?

My LG needs VB高手. But he has no money to pay real salary to anybody now. He can not even promise any shared profit for the future. Although his product is important, it may not be profitable, since users are limited. Even it is not profitable, it will help him for his career. But it won’t help too much for any IT people. So, anyone is willing to be his consultant?
