If it's issue due to blocked ports or router setup, changing to another ATA won't help.

我的一个ata在这边配置sipgate好好的，放到中国愣是打不通。中美两边都用同样的nonoh帐号，可用IPKALL，中国那边就不响铃。

This could be router setup problem.
