cleanmgr

Click Start and then in the "Search program and file" field, enter "cleanmgr" or "disk" and from the results, click "Disk Cleanup". BTW, if you enter "disk", you will see Disk Defragmenter - that is “磁盘碎片整理” you can manually run it too (but no need, really). Both are accessible from Control Panel too.
