Any comment on recent laptop deals ?

the best that I can find are :

walmart.com :  basic acer i3 laptop $548 (no tax) with $100 walmart.com/samclub.com cash card

newegg.com:  this website has deals all the time but the problem is good deals are gone in hours- hard to catch, right now the deal is a levano (turion 64X2) for $ 400
