I did. soft-glue on edges only

I am using 3m privacy film with sticky tape attaching it to screen.  normally people will use the sliding tabs to hold the film but i don't like their sticking out.  I use the double tape along the 4 edges.  It looks like a built-in privacy filter, very cool.
