求助：我的XPS M1710，打开后显示两个选择：一是REPAIR，二是START REGULARLY

选一：REPAIR后进入蓝屏“ＯＴＨＥＲ　ＵＳＥＲ”，　if I click on it(the only choice), it goes to "user name" and "passwword".  I have never set up any user name or password.

If I choose to start regularly.  It simply turns black.

How do I find the user name and password when I have never set it up?
