Need help on Sipura spa1001 set up

hi gurus,
searched this forum but didn't find the answer so please shed some light -
1) On SPA1001 configuration page, in the section of proxy registration and subscriber info sections, i need to fill in proxy, name and password. i am using google voice, does it mean i can't use google number directly? i saw some people using ipkall, was it the reason to bridge it?

this ata looks like a very old one, with only one line and one user. but it does allow me to config it, i guess that is unlocked, right?
