Desperate for help: Must get rid of rogue ware.

Hi, my windows 7 labtop that I acqired several months ago was infected by the rogue ware, antivirus soft. I have scanned and fixed with both superantispyware and spybot search&destroy, but neither worked. Please help! Thanks!
