我的电脑什么影音播放软件都装不上，提示“This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.Create an association in the Set Associations Control panel”。电脑里原有的影音播放软件也没有声音只有图像。我不懂电脑，就感觉好像少了什么东西。大家帮我诊断一下哈。看不了电影了，急啊！！！！
