nonoh is a SIP provider defined in sipsorcery's SIP providers tab. Click 'Add' on SIP providers table, name it nonoh, enter your nonoh user name and password, server is sip.nonoh.net, then save it.

On the dial plan, it says if it is a call to China, use provider nonoh, deifned above.
