in registry find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Windows//Current//Version//Uninstall//Microsoft Security Essentials and delete it. Then re-install the program and uninstall it and you'll remove Microsoft Security Essentials from your computer completely by this way.
