Is AT&T Nation 1400 FamilyTalk $89.99 a good deal?

Add message unlimited for families at $30 and a 2GB data at $20, total come out to be $150 for 2 cell phones.

That's the online deal from At&T website. Is this a good price or where can we get a better deal? Any difference between states? I'm looking for a plan for Connectcut
