为什么老重新启动？

我的电脑重装WIN XP 后，老是(往往在上网时)重新启动。在自动关机-启动前会跳出一个叫“System Shutdown"的窗口，里面的message 是:"Window must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectely."
