IDE ultra ATA硬盘就是IDE,ATA,PATA, all are paralell ATA

while SATA is serial ATA, if you have Win7 then you should not have problem for installing a Win7, but your motherboard should have atleast 1G RAM for Win7 or Vista (2G Ram is preferred). Otherwise you should still use Windows XP.
