求教：在Windows XP系统中用PowerDVD

我的电脑原来有两个系统WindowsXP和Windows2000，在Windows2000中用PowerDVD可以正常播放DVD，但是在WindowsXP中画面和声音都不连续，（硬盘空间还很多），请教高手是什么原因，多谢！
