400 RMB?

My parents just returned one phone that I gave to them as it is just too out dated! OK, that particular deal was as such: 400RMB for the phone, touch screen, very big button, FM radio and MP3/4 player. Then have another 200RMB for a restaurant coupon! The restaurant was actually not bad! :)
