sipsorcery does not work stalely. I would like to say it is not worth lots of time on configurating it, trying lots of dial plan and setting, while it probably work today, but not tomorrow.

sipgage or localphone is fine. ( localphone has cheaper rate, but it charge $0.99/month for US number)
