Just use nonoh.net for outbound (at line2) and GV-Gz5/sipgate for inbound (at line1 as default)+ SPA 1001, you are well done.

verify the GV number in nonoh, and place it in "user ID" in ATA setting in nonoh line, you got our-call ID as GV. that is perfect.
