WinXP IE 8 always dead or hung. What are the problems ?

Seems like the problems are come the IE add-ons.
If I start IE without add-ons from start->program->system->ie,
then it's much more stable.

Anyone has the fix of the problems ? How to identify the add-on
which cause the problems ?
