请教fitwxc, Can the LG 5500 Verizon Prepaid Phone at Walmart be used for PP prepaid plan? It only costs $22.88, and include 300min talk time. But the Walmart website have the following warming:

Warning: The following cell phone model is not operable in the ZIP code you've entered, 92011.

Can I buy this phone to use the PP prepaid plan in Carl*****ad, CA (zipcode: 92011)?
