Is there anyone in Atlanta can give me a help for the computer?

For help:

My computer can't start the windows. And I don't want to format the hard drive, since too much follow up works needed. Is there anyone in Atlanta can give me a help? I think Emory or Georgia Tech should have 高人 (copied). Sorry, no chinese solftware in company computer. Thanks in advance! topaz1983@gmail.com.
