Still not working, please advise

I followed your instructions, and only thing I can't figure out is how to "using sipgate's phone number 1724xxxxxxx as the User_ID for rynga line.". In Line 2's setting, I entered Rynga user name as USER_ID. If I changed it to Sipgate's phone number, then Line 2 will be dead. Where should In enter the phone number?
