Large File Transfer

Hi, Experts:

I would like to know how to transfer large file (400mg)from US to China. I believe China blocked lots of US sites, and I cannot use ftp function anymore from my own web site here. Someone suggested using MSN, but it is very slow. Any better suggestion? Many Thanks.
