skype is not VOIP service and cannot be used on pap2

to use pap2 you have to subscribe an account with ipKall.com or sipgate.com and many other VOIP provider.

Skype is NOT VoIP, is an IM like Yahoo, MSN or other Instant Messengers with the "voice" feature.
