Advice needed for a TV problem.

I had a problem with my Panasonic PT-53WX54(54"project HD TV) with a May 2006 Manufacturer Date.It costed me $1300.

It worked fine until one 3 days ago. when I turned on TV and heard a snap(click-click-click)but no other action(no picture,no sound,no light on screen). I still get a blinking Power LED when I power on the unit and get none of the usual relay clicks or sounds.

I changed the Fuse but no help! This is a heavy beast and no way to send it to repair shop. The Technician will charge $70-80 to diagnosis to my home. I'm not sure it is a big problem or not. Repair or replace?

Anyone have any ideas of what to do?
