2. office软件: no big difference. Laptop will show more of a page due to its larger screen.

3. 中英文字典: no big difference.

4. 必要的时候，可以接大的monitor: both will do.

5. 要求体积小，携带方便 netbook has advantage. A very pricy laptop also fit this criteria.

6. 可能会用一些小软件，比如电子书。 Both will equally well.

到底哪个更适合？还是低档的laptop比netbook好？

It is really up to you. Based on what you need, both will do well. Laptop has a larger screen but not so easy to carry around as netbook. Fish or bear paws? Not both.
