help on FSB HT etc

I am buying a desktop.
Can any expert explain to me:
1. How much speed difference is between FSB800 vs. FSB533?
2. How much speed difference is bewteen P4 3.06G w/o HT vs. P4 3G w/ HT?
3. Is DVI important for display?
