My line1 uses VD and line2 uses sipgate. 800# is free for sipgate. So use line2 to dialout 800#.

If you are using spa1001 recommened by fitwxc, on one of the config page, (if I remember correctly it is the same page to enable/disable line1/2), you can find something like # to use line2. You can dial #800... then line2 is used and it is free.
