My experience was to verify your GV# from DV softphone from your PC first, then go to set it up in ATA under line1 (out)

USER ID change it from your original VD user name to that verified GV#. you VD user name need to be moved down to "Auth ID", please don't forget set up "yes" for "use auth ID"

it should work. again, you have to have enough trial minutes or credits to do so from VD.
