在ebay上买了一台手机,发现是二手的,她还不同意退款怎么办

我在ebay上买了一台手机卖家自称是新的.但是经过判断是二手的东西,我和她通过paypal谈要求退款,她不同意.
各位大侠,到了这一步我要怎么办啊?
我不太懂英文,在ebay上是新手,没这方面的经验
请各位高手大侠给予帮助

Im sorry, the Verizon phone is new..had it on and working for approx 4 days...im working on finding the papers that show the dates..I also listed a no refund link..How could we resolve this??

everything was set just how it was bought..originally for 169.99 ...im sorry i indicated a no refind on the ebay page...i dont want to have to deal with this either, im sorry..
