JPG 图像中取数据 Grab Numbers from JPG Image File

I have an application which need to grab numbers from JPG Image file. Need to find a experienced programmer who konws how the OCR works. Preferrable this gnetleman lives in Silicon Valley, CA and knows iPhone programming language.
