Finally, got the free QNC works.
Fitwxc大侠 activated my phone.
Then you have to google and google....
Google QPST2.7b215.zip and can be downloaded from many website. Choose one for free, just take longer time.
Then Install on PC, plug VX6700 and in QPST config add the COM4. Now you can start service programming.
Following the Fixup 的帖子, READ from phone then change and write to phone.
Restart you phone, you can on the free QNC.
