请问fixwxc && 众高手，用voip怎么打911？

how's your 911 call get routed to local authorities?

would it be changing the dialing plan to (<:1212911>)
or something like that? assume 212 is the local area code.

Would local authorities be able to identify your location, if you can't speak?
