help, can not access Linksys SPA2100 admin page

tried 192.168.0.1, the default
use phone to dial ****110#, was given another address 192.168.2.2

both not working
"Unable to connect, Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 192.168.2.2."

the ATA was connected to the LAN port of a Belkin wireless router, how can i find out if the ATA was broken, or something else? thanks a lot!!
