I have narrow the problem down to Internet Sharing(ICS)

If I run the program from the Internet host computer, it works. But if I run it from the Internet client computer, I receive the error message.

Currently, my softphone application is installed on the Internet client computer. If I could not solve this problem, the only way I can think of is to install the soft phone application on the Internet host computer.
