someone need this information: control panel --> ease of access center --> make the keyboard easier to use --> add a Dvorak keyboard and change the other keyboard input setting --> keyboard and languages --> change keyboards --> advanced key setting --> under "to turn off caps lock", choose "Press the CAPS LOCK key"
