Time for a new drive?

My 4 year old computer starts to restart byself. On retart, it wants to check C drive for consistency. I tried to use tools to diagnose the drive but they all say it passed test.

To make it worse, I just installed 1 G ram (pc2700 DDR) upgrade. Please help me. If this a drive problem vs Ram problem?
