I had a HP desktop before, power managerment failed and they replaced the mainboard for me in 2 weeks, that's 5 years ago.

laptops 容易坏 compare to desktop. HP uses better material in computer, DELL always use cheap materials. For laptop materials make a lot of differences,because you carry it all over the places, sometimes it could fall etc.
