在gmail中有两个选择：


上图中，POP Download有两个选择，一是全部，二是从现在起以后的email.

在outlook中可选择是否留存档在gamil中：


上图中，选Leave a copy of messages on the server，你能在outlook上收到的同时，gmail也保留了一份。
